We offer a 14-day return window on all non-digital goods (digital goods are non-returnable); full details are outlined below.


Returns policy

Amending Orders

Customers have the right to amend or cancel any order before dispatch. If you placed an order in error, please contact us immediately, and we will attempt to stop or amend the order (subject to stock availability). Cancelled orders will receive a full refund. Amended orders may incur partial refunds or additional charges depending on the amendments.

Cancelling Orders

You can cancel an order within 14 days from receipt. If you cancel after dispatch, you will be responsible for return postage costs and must ensure items are returned unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original condition.

If returned goods are not in the same condition as dispatched, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund or refuse the return entirely.

You can return an item within this time frame for any reason, provided it remains sealed, unused, and in its original condition. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.


Return Postage Costs

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Squawka Shop will provide a prepaid returns label for domestic returns. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or any other reason unrelated to product quality, the return postage will be your responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

All orders are quality-checked before dispatch to ensure they meet advertised specifications. If you receive damaged or faulty goods, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a resolution at no additional cost. Reports of damage after 14 days may be declined or incur additional charges.

Booster Pack Note: If a damaged card is found within a booster pack, we can only replace the booster pack itself. Replacement of specific individual cards is not possible, and you may need to contact the manufacturer directly.

Order Lost in Transit

If an order is not received, we reserve the right to resend the original order instead of issuing a refund. Replacement orders will be sent via tracked delivery whenever possible. We cannot be held liable for any consequential losses.

Returns due to Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses. If an order is returned due to address errors, additional postage costs will be invoiced before re-dispatch.

Errors and Shortages on Orders

Although we take care to ensure accuracy, errors can occur. Notify us within 3 days of delivery if you identify an error or shortage, and we will promptly rectify the issue. Failure to notify us within 3 days will imply acceptance of the delivered items as correct.


Service Emails

Squawka Shop may send communications requesting feedback or reviews and provide updates about your orders. If you add items to your cart but do not complete the checkout, we may remind you by email.

Restriction of Goods

We reserve the right to limit quantities of certain items ordered by an individual, household, or in a single order. These restrictions may apply to orders using the same payment method, billing, or shipping address. Customers will be notified of any limits placed on orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notification or reason.

Declining to Trade

Listing items on our website constitutes an invitation to treat. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Squawka Shop will decide whether to accept this offer. If we choose not to accept your offer, you will be notified in writing.

Accuracy of Descriptions and Pricing

We strive for accuracy in descriptions and pricing but acknowledge potential human errors. Should an item be listed with incorrect details or pricing, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and notify affected customers accordingly.
